Let's Raise the Vibration

Counter Covid.

Gratitude Raises the Vibration!

I heard someone ask John Lewis, “How do the protests of today compare to yours and The Freedom Riders?  Are there any differences?”

He said, “Well, yes, singing.  We sang a lot.”  I decided to research the singing;  (Do click on this link.)AMERICAN EXPERIENCE: Freedom Riders: The Music - YouTube

We must sing!  Everything vibrates.  Everything has energy.  Our words are powerful:

Death and life are in the power of the tongue. Proverbs 18:21

For the seemingly overwhelming challenges of today, we must raise the energy, the vibration.  If we complain and focus on what is wrong, we can make it even stronger.  Let’s not let  what we can’t do keep us from what we can do.

In everything give thanks. .I Thessalonians 5:18

What does this mean?

It doesn’t mean that we like everything or think everything happening is fine. It means that whatever happens we’re not going to let it get us down because we know God loves us and will show us what to do. He will work everything out for our good.  So, we hold steady.  And listen.

When someone joins the army, they go through boot camp.  If one is going to be in the Olympics, they must go through training—some of it very hard. “In everything give thanks” is in the armory of the Spirit.  “Rejoice evermore, Pray without ceasing, In everything give thanks, Quench not the Spirit.”

The Apostle Paul said, “We are exceeding joyful in all our tribulation.”  Paul and Silas shackled in prison sang praises and the vibration of this singing was so strong it caused an earthquake resulting in their release and the jailor coming to salvation.

This Scripture was quoted at John Lewis’ Memorial:

“James wrote to the believers, consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters,  whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know the testing of your faith produces perseverance. But let perseverance finish its perfect work that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing.”

John Lewis had perseverance. Those who knew him said he was a “kind and gentle man.”  But he fought, he stood immovable for what was right.  He did not allow what happened to him to make him bitter.

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. I Corinthians 15:58

Let's encourage one another.  Little is much if God is in it.  Let’s enlist the angels and The Invisible Host (II Kings 6:8-23).  Let’s Counter  Covid:

André Rieu - You Raise me Up - YouTube

When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary
When troubles come and my heart burdened be
Then, I am still and wait here in the silence
Until You come and sit awhile with me.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas
I am strong, when I am on your shoulders
You raise me up to more than I can be

Songwriters: Graham Brendan Joseph, Loveland Rolf

No matter what the situation, let’s not be complainers.

Gratitude raises the vibration.

Don’t let what  you can’t do keep you from doing what you can do.

Helen Keller,  “Although the world is full of suffering, it is full also of the overcoming of it.”

Kindness is contagious; start an epidemic.
